
Reservations at The Culinary School of Fort Worth’s Theme Dinners can only mean one thing GREAT FOOD! Our Chef Instructors, culinary, and pastry students will make sure each course is prepared and presented to perfection with all recipes authentic to the evening’s theme.
The evening begins at 7pm with hors d’oeuvres and beverages. Student musicians from Tarleton State University will entertain you with melodies surrounding the evening’s theme. Then you’ll sit in one of our two dining rooms to be served our five-course meal.

Our Culinary students will amaze you with our Sunday Brunches. We offer a buffet of fresh fruits, fabulous salads, and an array of fresh baked breads and pastries. Or choose from our assortment of hot items; bacon, sausage, roasted potatoes, two different entrees with vegetables or something from our carving station. Students will make omelets, pancakes and pastas to your specifications. To round out your brunch experience we also offer a variety of luscious desserts.
