Enrollment Process
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be able to provide proof of at least a high school diploma or GED, and a desire to learn.
To apply, fill out an application. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit reserves your place in any course.
*A copy of their diploma or GED needs to be included.
Enrollment is limited and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. If a course is full, you can be placed on a waiting list and we will notify you if space becomes available before the program begins or within the first week of classes. Our semesters begin every January, May and September.

Supply Costs
All students will need professional textbooks, a professional chef's knife kit with knife carrying case & wear a complete professional chef's uniform. Supply costs are subject to federal tax.
