Our semesters begin every January, May and September.

SEPTEMBER 2011 Trimester Schedule:

Winter Semester
January 7 - April 20, 2012

Culinary and Pastry Arts classes meet once a week for a five hour class.

Chef Pro I:

Saturdays 9am - 2pm,
Mondays 5:30 - 10:30pm
Thursdays 9am - 2pm

Chef Pro II:
Saturdays 9am - 2pm
Tuesdays 10:30am - 2:30pm
Tuesdays 5:30 - 10:30pm

Chef Pro III:
Thursdays 9am - 2pm
Thursdays 5:30 - 10:30pm

Pastry Pro I:
Tuesdays 9am - 2pm
Tuesdays 5:30 - 10:30pm

Pastry Pro II:
Wednesdays 10:30am - 3:30pm

Pastry Pro III:
Mondays 10am - 3pm
Thursdays 5:30pm - 10:30pm

Gastronomy and Kitchen Management classes meet three times a week for six and a half hour classes.
