The Culinary School of Fort Worth offers professional culinary programs to prepare you for an exciting career or turn you into a gourmet chef at home. If you have a high appreciation for food and want to realize your dreams of a fulfilling life in the food world, you belong here at CSFTW. Our program is designed to allow you to earn a chef certificate while keeping a full-time regular job.

Our talented chef-instructors will teach, inspire, lead and guide you as you learn, achieve and watch your dreams come true. The Culinary School of Fort Worth is located in west Fort Worth, Texas at 6100 Camp Bowie (above La Madeleine restaurant).

The Culinary School of Fort Worth offers daytime, evening and weekend culinary programs where people can earn a chef certificate while keeping their regular jobs. The school hosts Sunday Brunches which are open to the public and is the perfect place to host your Private Events.

   

Mission Statement

The Culinary School of Fort Worth provides in-depth training in the culinary, pastry, and arts of the table in a concise manner for busy adults developing creative, problem solving culinarians.

Goals

  • Offer classes that are based on curriculum developed to teach classic French technique, demonstrate proper technique and skills, encourage problem solving and creativity in the kitchen, and cover all areas necessary to produce culinarians thoroughly equipped to work in the industry.

  • Provide lab opportunities that give practical work experience.

  • Provide student services that give students the ability to enrich and facilitate their classroom experience within their busy schedules. 

  • Provide a high quality, student centered environment throughout the student life cycle.

  • Maintain fair and ethical operating practices.

  • Optimize student success by continued program development and refinement.  

  • Provide and maintain equipment and facilities that support a learning environment.

  • Continue development of the school by expanding enrollment, programs and staff.
